Near the Moose Mountain and Canyon Creek Road trails is the Elbow Falls Day Use Area, home to the “Sweet Life” and “Maybe Texas” scenes, as well as the “Riding in the River” shot. This is a highly worthwhile stop. You can use these pictures to find the spots that the filmmakers used, pronto. And it's not really a hike, more like a walk!
