Please note: These videos require the “Windows Media Video V7” codec and the “Windows Media Audio 9” codec. If your browser is Internet Explorer 8.x, or Firefox 24.x, and you are using default file settings, they should open and play within “Windows Media Player.”

If a video does not open automatically, or play normally within your browser, you may be able to play it by first downloading the video to a folder of your choice, and then clicking on it; if after doing so you are still unable to play a video, please send us an email and include “Video Problem” in the subject line.

Note:
